My Father was Bobby Brackett, would love to hear from anybody who might have known him. I rember going to a ship renion,I think 65 or 66. The ship was out to sea Vet-Nam but the families got together in Thousand Oaks, and had a picnic. any pictures?

Hi, I am trying to find any info on my fathers UDT unit 9. He served 44 to 46 in the team. He was on the BELKNAP on jan 12 when a kamikazi hit her. Dad lost alot of friends that day. Dads name was James M. Davis. He was seaman 1st class.

H.C.Thompson (Tommy) was on the ship from 4/43 to 2/46 and during the attack and was part of the crew afterward to get it started. He is in the boilerroom . I would love to hear from anyone that knew him. chargeit2him@yahoo.com

My dad H.C. Thompson (aka Tommy ) was stationed on the Mullany worked in Boiler Room was on the ship when it was hit and also was part of the crew to go back on afterward. Anyone have any info or pix from this time I would love to see or hear from you.

Westpac cruise in 68. With stops at Pearl, Midway, Subic, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Auckland NZ. Yankee station, Alpha Station, gun fire support calls for Cherry. Any news of John Carlin? Chief Dumphy, Bob Sands? Bob Munson is retired in Cal.

Served onboard as a torpedoman in ASW Div. 1966-68. Re Enlisted in 76 retired in 91 as TMT1. I remember those long hours in Mt. 54 as the projectileman.

My father (Oscar W. "Dub" Johnson) served from 1944 to 1946 and was aboard at the time of the Kamikaze attack. He and I will be at the Long Beach reunion in September 2009. He would love to get together with any crew mates from his time of service.
